1 cup tiny marshmallows

1 tablespoon butter

4 Granny Smith, Gala and/or Fuji apples, cored and sliced

⅓ cup creamy peanut butter

⅓ cup strawberry or seedless raspberry jam

1 cup Halloween candy, chopped, such as M&Ms, candy corn, peanut butter cups, snickers, etc.

1 ounce package candy eyes



Step 1: In a microwave safe bowl combine marshmallows and butter. Micro-cook on 100% power (high) for 1 minute or until marshmallows are puffy and butter is melted. Stir to combine.

Step 2: In separate small microwave-safe bowls, microwave peanut butter and jam on 100% power (high) for 30 to 60 seconds or until warm.

Step 3: Arrange apples on a large platter. Spoon warmed marshmallow mixture, peanut butter, and jam over apples. Top with candy and candy eyes. Serve immediately.
