Placing an Order

It is easy to place an order at PAIGELAUREN.com using your credit card on our secure Website. Sorry, we are unable to accept checks, cash, gift certificates or credit vouchers.

Whenever you find an item you like, simply click the "Add to Bag" button after you select your preferred Color, Size and Quantity.

When you have finished shopping and are ready to check out, click on "Shopping Bag" in the top right hand corner of any page.

Shopping Bag page presents you with all items you have chosen. You can change quantities or delete items from this page before continuing to the checkout page.

You can either checkout as a guest, or choose to login or register for an account so all of your information will be saved for order tracking and future orders.

We offer simple one page checkout. Simply follow the instructions on screen and you will be guided through the checkout process.

If your credit card is declined, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please contact your credit card company if the problem persists.

An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered during the checkout process.

Canceling an Order - Please note that our processing system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. As a result, PAIGELAUREN cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Shipping and Handling/Rates and Delivery Times

There is a flat shipping rate of $7.95 for all orders in the continental United States.

Most orders ship the following business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground delivery and will be received in four to seven business days from the date your order was placed. Delivery may take longer for orders being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Sorry, express delivery is not available at this time.

Please note that UPS delivers Monday through Friday, excluding the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.

Shipment Confirmation and Billing

Your credit card will be charged on the date that we ship your merchandise to you.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email on the day that your order is shipped, which will include a link to the UPS web site to track your order. If we cannot fulfill your order within thirty (30) days, we will notify you of the delay and give you the opportunity to cancel your order. 

Out of Stock Merchandise

Although PAIGELAUREN baby makes every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we may be out of certain items. If an item is out of stock, we will ship and charge to you only the available items.

Returns & Exchanges

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 30 days from the date you receive your order. All returns and exchanges must be mailed to the address below, and we request that you use a carrier that provides shipment tracking, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Please include your packing slip or order number with your return/exchange.

If you are properly returning merchandise for credit due as set forth above, we will credit the full cost of the merchandise back to the credit card originally used for payment. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and we are unable to accept C.O.D. packages. (We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.)

Returns

Check the "Return" box on the return slip. Securely pack and seal your items in their original condition, and include the return form in the package. Packages must be returned prepaid via a carrier that provides shipment tracking - sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Exchanges

Check the "Exchange" box on the return slip and list the item(s) you would like to receive in the space provided. Securely pack and seal your items in their original condition, and include the return form in the package. Packages must be returned prepaid via a carrier that provides shipment tracking - sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We are pleased to ship the new merchandise to you with no additional shipping and processing charge. We will charge your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for the returned merchandise.

Returns to Boutiques

Currently, items purchased online at the Website may not be returned or exchanged at an independent boutique retailer.

Only items purchased online at the Website may be returned or exchanged through the Website. PAIGELAUREN items purchased at an independent retailer should be exchanged at the place of purchase.

International Orders

Prices shown are in U.S. dollars. Currently, we do not ship or accept orders outside of the 50 United States. In order to make purchases at the Website, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States. At this time we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Please check back periodically for any updates regarding our international shipping policy.

Catalog

PAIGELAUREN does not offer a printed catalog at this time. We encourage you to keep checking back for our upcoming expanded merchandise selection at our online shop.
