9) Governing Law & Venue

By using the Website, you agree that the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, govern these Terms and any dispute that may arise between you and PAIGELAUREN or its affiliates, and that exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

You further agree to exclude the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) pursuant to Article 6 of that Convention.
