We’re here to make shopping simple—from checkout to delivery and returns.


Placing an Order

  • Browse, select Color, Size, Quantity, then click Add to Bag.

  • When you’re ready, click Shopping Bag (top right) to review items. Adjust quantities or remove items before checkout.

  • Checkout as a guest or create/log in to an account to save details for order tracking and future purchases.

  • Our one-page checkout guides you step by step.

Card declined?
Double-check card number, expiration date, and that your billing name/address exactly match your card statement. If issues persist, contact your card issuer.

Order confirmation
You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout.

Cancellations/changes
Our system moves fast to get orders out. Once an order enters the shipping process, we cannot cancel or change it.


Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
We’re unable to accept checks, cash, gift certificates, or credit vouchers.

Your credit card is charged on the date your order ships.


Shipping & Handling

  • Flat rate: $7.95 for all orders within the continental U.S.

  • Carrier: UPS Ground

  • Timing: Most orders ship the next business day (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Delivery typically arrives 4–7 business days from the order date.

  • Alaska & Hawaii: Delivery may take longer.

  • Express delivery: Not available at this time.

UPS does not deliver on: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.


Shipment Confirmation & Billing

  • Your card is charged when your order ships.

  • You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a UPS tracking link.

  • If we cannot fulfill your order within 30 days, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel.


Out-of-Stock Merchandise

We work hard to keep items in stock. If an item is unavailable, we will ship—and charge—only the available items.


Returns & Exchanges

Window: Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Include your packing slip or order number.
Shipping: Use a trackable, prepaid carrier. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Refunds

  • We’ll credit the original payment method for the merchandise once received and processed.

  • Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your statement.

  • Shipping & handling are non-refundable (refunded only if we sent the wrong item or a defective item).

Exchanges

  • Mark “Exchange” on the return slip and list the item(s) you’d like.

  • Ship your exchange to the address above (prepaid, trackable).

  • We’ll ship the new item(s) at no additional shipping or processing charge, charge your card for the new item(s), and credit the returned merchandise.

Final Sale
All sale items are final sale and non-refundable.


Returns to Boutiques

Items purchased on paigelauren.com cannot be returned or exchanged at independent retailers.
Items purchased at an independent boutique must be returned/exchanged at the place of purchase.


International Orders

  • Prices are shown in U.S. dollars.

  • We currently ship only within the 50 United States.

  • Orders require both a U.S. shipping address and a U.S. billing address; the issuing bank must be based in the U.S.

  • We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.


Catalog

We don’t offer a printed catalog at this time. Please check back for new arrivals in our online shop.
